with Vision to see communities in Sarawak empowered and elevated.
Yayasan Borneo Evangelical Mission Berhad (YBEMB) is a foundation set up as:
A non-profit charitable institution registered in Malaysia on 30 November 2022
A company limited by guarantee and without share capital under the Companies Act 2016, Co.Reg 20220104428 (1489905-W).
YBEMB collaborates with the leadership of the Sarawak Borneo Evangelical Mission, known as BEM, a Evangelical Christian denomination in Malaysia.
Mission
To seek out, manage and deploy resources to undertake projects and charitable activities associated with Borneo Evangelical Mission for the people of Sarawak.
The Team
Yayasan BEM is governed and managed by a Board of Directors consisting of:
Christians of character, maturity and honourable motive with relevant professional backgrounds and skill sets
Members of the Board must be of sound financial standing subject to the provisions of the Companies Act
