At Tadika Akar Baik (TAB), our teachers serve with dedication and love despite modest allowances. Many receive part-time allowances of RM450–RM600 per month, while nine teachers receive RM1,000–RM1,500. Even with these limitations, they remain committed to nurturing young children with care, patience, and integrity.

To meet Ministry of Education requirements, every teacher must attend at least one professional training each year. With limited income, they need support of RM1,000 per teacher annually to cover these mandatory courses.

We are seeking to raise RM75,000 each year to equip our teachers with the training they need to continue providing quality early childhood education.
